Truck crossing Drin, Albania

Kids in Skanderaj, Kosova

THANKS TO YOU, 8 YEARS OF CONVOYING HAVE SUCCEEDED
Now we need your on-going support.

In Ukraine, there is tremendous poverty, and the legacy of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. We're supporting local initiatives like drugs-awareness projects, youth groups, orphanages, schools, and hospitals.

Our recent convoys have supplied educational equipment including computers, and supported the re-equipping of a residential school for children with mental health problems.

Currently we are working most closely with Ukrainian youth group "Our Generation". Their projects include HIV-awareness theatre and a newspaper for young people.

News update: our Land Rover Discovery 300Tdi, registration N577NFH, was recently stolen. If you see this vehicle, which was white, with www.aidconvoy.net on both front doors, and a red cross on the rear door, please contact us or your local police.

In Kosova (Kosovo) and neighbouring Albania we work with local volunteers in hospitals, schools, and their surrounding communities.

We also work with some of the major international aid agencies; our small size helps us react to circumstances and "plug the gaps" in the process of getting aid directly to wherever it's needed most.

The next Albania convoy will travel when funding allows, taking further medical equipment and initial materials for a new project to dig a well to provide 4000 people with safe water.

This vital life-saving project is dependent on finalising our funding. You can help by making a donation! We have a target of £10,000 which is made ever harder by the lack of publicity about this country. Please help us to make an on-going, sustainable and consistent difference!

Please read about our work, and see how you can help.
